Ingredients
- 1.5oz White Rum
- 1 Lime
- 2 teaspoons cane sugar
- Mate Libre Mint & Lime
- Mint (for presentation)
Preparation
- Cut half the lime into quarters.
- In a large glass, crush lime wedges with a pestle.
- Add cane sugar and white rum.
- Fill with ice.
- Add Mate Libre Menthe & Lime and mix.
- Garnish with lime slice and mint leaves.
