Ingredients

  • 1.5oz Aperitif (Les Îles, Apérol)
  • 2oz Mate Libre Rose & Hibiscus
  • 1oz Sparkling
  • 2 Orange Slices

Preparation

  1. In a glass filled with ice, add aperitif, Mate Libre Rose & Hibiscus and sparkling wine.
  2. Stir to mix.
  3. Add an orange slice to the cocktail.
  4. Garnish with orange slice.
